The purpose of the project: Increase the economic competitiveness of the company by acquiring modern equipment and technologies
The acquisition of new, modern machinery and equipment, along with the development of an online trading platform, leads to the possibility of delivering new, high-quality products and services to the sustainable development of society, compliance with environmental standards and strengthening of the position in the specific market. In this way, the company will have more credibility and will be among the “preferred companies” among customers, investors, suppliers, business partners.
Specific Objectives:
- Increasing the capacity and efficiency of the company’s business to provide services.
This goal will be achieved by acquiring state-of-the-art, non-polluting equipment that will enable the firm to deliver services at European standards, helping to build trust between partners and customers. Moreover, the company will diversify its offer of services, introducing the Romanian market a new innovative service: integrated services of sustainable development. In order to operate and provide high-quality services and solutions, the company rents a range of equipment or subcontracts, not having the necessary equipment and machinery to cover a wide range of services it can offer. Achieving the goal will lead to ensuring continuity in the current production process; honoring on time and under the quality of the orders issued by the beneficiaries; increasing the market share by approaching new works with technical difficulties that can not be overcome with the current material basis; increasing the company’s turnover and profit.
2. Improving the company’s managerial and technical capabilities
The implementation of the project will allow for the diversification and improvement of services and the deployment of an online product and services platform that will help the company manage more effectively all the existing categories: human resources, finance, accounting, sales, customer relationship management providers. The online platform will lead to the development and optimization of activities, to improving customer relationships and, implicitly, to increasing the company’s profitability.
